Affilio is a product of Moro Labs LLC. Affilio helps you create marketing content for TikTok Shop. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with TikTok’s policies, applicable advertising law, and disclosure rules (for example, marking paid promotions).
Marketing scripts are generated by AI and are drafts you must review
before use. You are responsible for verifying every claim, price, and
statement, and for adding any required disclosures (such as #ad).
We do not guarantee that generated content complies with TikTok’s policies or
any law, and we are not liable for content you choose to publish.
Some features use third-party AI services to work: writing scripts, smarter cuts, overlay planning, polishing captions and reading files you add. To do that, Affilio sends the words you say in your videos (as text), text you type, files you add, your product details and a few still frames from your clips to AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Moonshot AI and Google Gemini). Your video and audio files are never sent to them. AI features are on by default; by using Affilio you agree to this. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → AI features, and Affilio then works without the AI step. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You do not need an account to use Affilio or to subscribe. The app gives each installation an anonymous identifier so your work can be saved. Until you create an account, that identifier — and everything stored under it — belongs to that installation: if you delete the app we cannot restore your work, and we have no way to identify you in order to hand it back. Creating an account, which you can do at any time from Settings, keeps the same identifier and lets you use Affilio and your subscription on your other devices. Your subscription is attached to your Apple ID rather than to an Affilio account, so it can be restored on any device signed in to that Apple ID.
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Don’t use Affilio to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
You may only import video and images that you own or are licensed to use. Affilio does not download anyone else’s videos for you — you choose files from your own device — and you are responsible for having the right to use whatever you bring in.
You keep ownership of everything you make with Affilio. Scripts are generated by AI from information you supply; they may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it. In particular you are responsible for:
When you save an edited video, the app sends us the words it heard, when they were said, the cut decisions it made and the changes you made afterward — never your video or audio. We use them only to improve smart cuts, we never sell or share them, and we delete them within 90 days. You can ask us to delete what was sent at any time through Settings → Report a problem. Deleting your account stops it and erases them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Affilio is a production tool. Nothing in the app, on our website, or in our marketing is a promise, guarantee or projection of income, commissions or sales. Results depend on your products, your audience and your effort.
Affilio is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or content generated with it. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
