Delete your Affilio account

You can delete your Affilio account (Affilio by Moro Labs LLC) and your data yourself, inside the Affilio app. It takes less than a minute. It works whether or not you created an account with an email or a sign-in provider.

In the app

1. Open Affilio and open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. If you never created an account, the button reads Delete everything.
3. Read the message and confirm. If you signed in with a password, you are asked for it first.

Cancel an active subscription separately in your phone’s subscription settings (App Store subscriptions on iPhone, Google Play subscriptions on Android). Deleting your account does not cancel it.

What is deleted

• Your account record and everything the app stored for you: products, scripts, settings.
• Problem reports you sent, with their attachments.
• Smart-cut notes sent from your device, and any cloud-processing uploads still in storage.
• Your AI usage counters, your trial and welcome-offer records, and the subscription record on our side.
• Your customer record at our subscription provider, where it can be removed.
• Anything stored on your phone for the app, such as the saved copies kept inside Affilio. Videos you already saved to your camera roll are yours and stay there.

What is kept, and for how long

• Shared public product data (not personal) is kept.
• Payment and commission records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Copies already sent to our AI provider may remain for a short time on their side, until their own retention ends.

Even if you never delete your account, problem reports and smart-cut notes are removed automatically within 90 days, and cloud-processing uploads within 2 days. The full list is in the privacy policy.

If you can’t open the app

Email us at support@affilio.net from the address you signed up with, and tell us your Account ID if you have it. We will delete your account and data.
